Healing Sanctuary LLC is seeking fully licensed Christian counselors (men and women) to join our growing national telehealth private practice.

Clinicians provide services within their licensed state and work with a diverse range of client needs, including individuals, couples, and families. We are a trauma-informed practice, while also supporting a wide range of concerns based on each clinician’s specialty and experience.

We are looking for compassionate, independent, and self-motivated clinicians who are open to integrating faith into therapy when appropriate and aligned with client needs.

• Provide telehealth outpatient therapy 
• Work with children, adults, couples, and families 
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions 
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation 
• Build strong, trusting client relationships 
• Collaborate with clients to support treatment goals 
• Refer clients to additional resources when needed 
• Follow all agency policies and ethical guidelines 
• Integrate Christian counseling principles when appropriate 

• Fully licensed in your state (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) 
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience 
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills 
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting 
• Familiar with EHR systems and treatment planning 
• Open to faith-integrated counseling when appropriate 

• $60–$70 per hour (based on experience) 
• Part-time: 15–30 hours per week 
• Fully remote 
• Flexible schedule – choose your own hours 

• Clinicians build caseloads based on availability and client fit 
• Clients are matched with therapists based on their needs and clinician expertise
