Danika Ali, MS, LCSW, is the Owner and CEO of Healing Sanctuary LLC, a national, trauma-informed group private practice she founded in 2023, serving individuals, couples, and families across multiple states.
With over 28 years of experience, Danika specializes in working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual trauma, and human trafficking. She is passionate about helping individuals move from survival to healing by equipping them with the tools needed to process trauma, regulate emotions, and reclaim their lives.
Throughout her career, she has led clinical programs, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and provided crisis intervention, case management, court advocacy, and therapeutic services to vulnerable populations. She played a key role in a $1.4 million grant awarded to Polaris Project New Jersey and has collaborated with federal agencies including the FBI and ICE in crisis response. She is also a published author in the American Journal of Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
Danika's global commitment to healing has taken her to the United Nations as a YWCA delegate at the Commission on the Status of Women, to the YWCA World Council in Johannesburg, South Africa, and to Goa, India, where she provided human trafficking prevention programming.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master of Science in Psychiatric Rehabilitation, and a Master of Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized certifications in Violence Against Women and Children and Human Trafficking from Rutgers University.
At the core of her work is a commitment to holistic healing — honoring each person's emotional, mental, and spiritual journey and empowering them to walk forward in freedom.
