About Healing Sanctuary 

Healing Sanctuary LLC is a national Christian clinical telehealth practice: every clinician is clinically licensed, trained in evidence based and trauma informed treatment, and a committed Christian. We walk with survivors of trauma as they fight for their healing and restoration, and our doors are open to everyone, regardless of faith or background, with Christian counseling offered only when a client requests it. Overview 

We are seeking clinically licensed counselors (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) who share our Christian mission and are comfortable integrating a client's faith into therapy when requested, joining our growing national telehealth practice as W2 employees. Clinicians provide services within their licensed state, working with individuals, couples, and families. We are a trauma informed practice, and caseloads are matched to each clinician's specialty and experience. 

What We Offer 

• W2 employment, not a 1099 contractor arrangement 
• $55–$65 per hour, based on experience 
• Part time, 15–30 hours per week, fully remote, choose your own hours 
• Caseloads built for you through our community referral partnerships 
• Clinical support and a collaborative, mission driven team culture 
• Room to grow into clinical leadership as we expand nationally 

Responsibilities 

• Provide telehealth outpatient therapy to children, adults, couples, and families 
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence based interventions 
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation 
• Build strong, trusting client relationships and collaborate on treatment goals 
• Refer clients to additional resources when needed 
• Follow all practice policies and ethical guidelines 

Qualifications 

• Clinically licensed in your state (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) 
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience 
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills 
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting 
• Familiar with EHR systems and treatment planning 
• Alignment with our Christian mission and comfort integrating a client's faith into therapy when requested
